Akshay Kumar And The Team Finally Kickstart The Shooting Of Mission Mangal!

The shooting for the film Mission Mangal starring Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha, Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Sharman Joshi and Kirti Kulhari has finally started. The film is written and directed by Jagan Shakti and reportedly the makers are vouching for an Independence Day release. The film is produced by R Balki. The film revolves around the success of the Mangalyaan.
Taapsee Pannu recently shared her look from the film wherein she can be seen wearing a yellow saree, mangalsutra and earrings. The actress further revealed that her name is Kritika Agarwal from the film. She captioned the picture as,
Her first look had surely intrigued us for the film.
The film has recently got itself embroiled in a legal controversy where Radha Bharadwaj, a US based filmmaker filed a lawsuit alleging to the makers that the script of the film was originally hers and the makers have plagariszed it. Well we hope the film manages to release itself from this controversy.
The film may clash with Abhishek Varman's Kalank which is also slated to release on Independence Day next year.
