Akshay Kumar Compared The Mangalyaan Project To His Film 2.0 At The Mission Mangal Trailer Launch, Read On To Know Why!
The Akshay Kumar starrer film Mission Mangal finally had its trailer revealed today. The entire star cast of the film was present during the trailer launch event today. The cast members interacted with the media at great length. They spoke about their experience on working in the film. Akshay Kumar, went in to compare the Mangalyaan project in which the film is based on to his film, 2.0
Akshay went on to say, 'We didn’t even have that much knowledge about Mars Orbiter Mission before we started working on the film. But slowly we all came to know a lot, and it is because of Jagan (director Jagan Shakti). Mangalyaan cost only Rs 450 crore while NASA actually spent more than Rs 6000 crore for American Maven orbiter. My film 2.0 had a budget of 500 crore and this was less than that, so we are so very proud.'

On this his co-star Taapsee Pannu also pulled his leg at the occasion. She said to Akshay, 'You're promoting the wrong film here.' The film is directed by Jagan Shakti and the trailer received a positive response from the massed. It'll be releasing on August 15th, 2019.
