Ali Fazal Wins Leadership Award For Excellence In Global Cinema!
It has been a momentous month for Ali Fazal. The actor bagged Death on the Nile directed by Kenneth Branagh last month. Through the month, he has been stationed in London shooting relentlessly for the film that also stars Gal Gadot, Armie Hammer and Letitia Wright amongst others. Owing to the Actor’s presence in the Brit Capital, he has been invited by the British Trust awards in London as a guest of honour. The British Herald is celebrating the successes of achievers in various sectors. It’s an exclusive evening with the creme de Le creme of  London elites. The prestigious event will also be attended by Members of British Parliament, European royals, Asian business achievers amongst others.

At the event, Ali will be awarded a Leadership Award for Excellence in Global Cinema. Ali, who made his Hollywood debut with Fast 7, quickly rose up the ranks. His film Victoria and Abdul with Dame Judi Dench was nominated for Oscars. Death on the Nile is his third Hollywood project and if rumours are to be believed there are two others in pre-production on which official announcement is awaited. Ali is only of the few Indian actors who are parallelly managing thriving careers in two different countries. The actor recently completed shooting for his hit Amazon Prime show Mirzapur before starting the Ongoing international project and will return in January to shoot Bhoot Police along with Saif Ali Khan.
Ali said, “It’s humbling for me. I have always believed in backing good stories, the ones that can trigger a change and start a discourse. I am thankful to have the recognition of this rank come my way. It is a small validation of a much larger objective. I am working towards creating a global community of arristes.”
