Copycat Alert: Is This Scene From The Total Dhamaal Trailer Copied From The Hollywood Film Blended?

The Indra Kumar directorial film Total Dhamaal starring Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Javed Jaffery is the third installment of the Dhamaal franchise and has been creating quite a buzz right since its inception. The trailer of the film which was released recently has been receiving praises for its comic timings.

But we have just got hold of a scene from the trailer of the film which may have been copied from a Hollywood film titled Blended. Yes, we are talking about the scene from the trailer where Ajay Devgn is about to land from a parachute but soon he discovers he is about to collide with the horn of a rhinoceros which he narrowly misses as he instead slides over the rhino's back. We have just discovered that there is an exact similar scene in the 2014 Hollywood film Blended. In the scene from the film actress Drew Barrymore who plays the titular role is exactly in the same situation as she gets stuck up in the parachute and is about to collide with a rhino's horn but narrowly escapes it. 

We could not help but notice the striking resemblance between the two scenes which made us wonder if this scene from the trailer was inspired by the scene from the Hollywood film. The makers of the film Total Dhamaal had recently released its second second song Mungda which had Sonakshi Sinha showing off some sexy dance moves. The film will be releasing on February 22nd, 2019.
