Emraan Hashmi Spills The Beans On The Title Change Of His Film By The Censor Board!
Emraan Hashmi and Shreya Dhanwanthary are currently on a promotional spree for their upcoming film, Why Cheat India. The film recently got embroiled on a controversy when the censor board asked the makers to change the title of the film from Cheat India to Why Cheat India just a few days before the release now. But Emraan Hashmi remains quite confident about the film which revolves around the scams in the education system in India. 

When we asked about the challenges the actor faced with this last minute change, here's what he said, "This has truly affected the cost of production because just few days before the release of the film, when we should have been paying attention to the release of the film, we were left changing the the title of the film from the posters. The promos were already passed with the original title so it was a problematic situation for us."
Further when we quipped debutante Shreya Dhanwanthary about the her debut film and about her experience with working with Emraan, the pretty actress seemed to be quite confident about it and said, 'To be honest my first impression of working with Emraan was that my debut film will definitely have some good soundtracks then (laughs). I always believed that he is a very good actor and he is portraying a very unique character in the film, something which you haven't seen before. He puts a chasma and a teeka with his whole look being very different. You will understand after watching the film why is he perfect for the role. He is playing a character with multiple shades and nobody other than him could have done justice to the role.' 

Emraan has turned producer with this film. The film also stars Shreya Dhanwanthary who will be playing Emraan's love interest in the film. The film will be releasing on January 25th, 2019.
