The singer and actor was already a huge name in the Punjabi film industry with films like Ambarsariya, Sardaarji and Disco Singh but Bollywood too recognized his prowess as an actor and singer when he made his debut in the film Udta Punjab (2016) in which his performance was highly appreciated.
