Janhvi Kapoor And Ishaan Khatter's Dhadak Release Date Postponed!
The year 2018, has started with major shuffling of release dates. After Padmaavat,Padman and Aiyaary, it is Karan Johar's Dhadak to join the league. Johar made an official announcement of launching two new talents Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter with the first look poster of Dhadak, with the release date of 6th July 2018. The makers have now put out a brand new poster announcing the new release date, 20th July, 2018.
With no big movies scheduled for the release week of 6th July, and the movie was getting a solo release, we wonder, what's the story behind shifting the release by 2 weeks! Dhadak is a Hindi remake of a blockbuster Marathi film, Sairat. The film is directed by Shashank Khaitan ( Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Badrinath Ki Dulhania fame). Produced by Dharma Productions and Zee Studios.
