OMG! Will Ranbir Kapoor Replace Shah Rukh Khan In The Rakesh Sharma Biopic?

The Rakesh Sharma biopic titled Saare Jaahan se Accha has managed to grab the headlines recently when Shah Rukh Khan decided to opt out of the project after the failure of his last film Zero. The makers were left with the task of finalising the new male lead after SRK's exit from the film. Names like Rajkummar Rao, Vicky Kaushal and Kartik Aaryan were coming up to fill for the titular role. But now according to reports, it is none other than Ranbir Kapoor who is being considered for the project.

Reportedly Ranbir is yet to give his confirmation to the project. He is currently busy shooting for his latest film Brahmastra opposite girlfriend Alia Bhatt. The makers have not given any official confirmation yet regarding this news.

Producer Ronnie Screwvala has also not divulged any details of the film. He had replied saying, 'We are not ready to say anything right now.' Earlier, Aamir Khan had been approached for the titular role. Due to other work commitments, he could not do the film and recommended Shah Rukh Khan's name instead.
