Saif Ali Khan And R Madhavan To Reunite 17 Years After RHTDM For A Historical Film!
It was the year 2001 when Saif Ali Khan-R Madhavan-Dia Mirza starrer Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein (popularly known as RHTDM), directed by Gautham Menon, released and went on to become a cult musical hit. To date, the film's songs composed by Harris Jayaraj remain favourite among music lovers.

The Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein co-stars are all set to reunite on screen, but this time it’s not a romantic drama. According to leading daily, Saif and Madhavan will be seen in Aanand L Rai’s production venture helmed by Navdeep Singh. The filmmaker was to direct Anushka Sharma’s production venture Kaneda featuring Arjun Kapoor and Diljit Dosanjh, picked Saif-Mandy’s historical movie instead.
The project is touted to be a period film, for which both Maddy and Saif are expected to learn horse riding as well as sword fighting. Moreover, the two actors will also have drastically different looks involving prosthetics for which the team is currently working on. The historical film also includes Deepak Dobriyal and Zoya Hussain of 'Mukkabaaz' fame. Meanwhile, the film is expected to go on floors early next month.
