Zaira Wasim Quits The Film Industry, Her The Sky Is Pink Producer Siddharth Roy Kapur Supports The Actress!

Dangal actress Zaira Wasim took the whole industry as a shock when she decided to quit the film industry. She penned down a post on her social media handles stating that she doesn't belong here. She further revealed how her work interfered with her religion and faith.
Now, her The Sky Is Pink producer has come out in her support. The producers of the film, Roy Kapur Films revealed that Zaira was very professional while the shoot of the film.
They released a statement which said, 'Zaira is an exceptional artiste and we are lucky to have had her play Aisha Chaudhury in our film, 'The Sky Is Pink'. She has been a complete professional all through the shoot of the film, which concluded earlier this month. This is a purely personal decision, which she has taken after much thought and we will be supportive of her in every way - now and always.'
The film The Sky Is Pink is based on the life of motivational speaker Aisha Chaudhury. The film is directed by Shonali Bose. The film will mark the last Bollywood venture of Zaira Wasim. It also stars Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar.
