The Kangana Ranaut starrer Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi finally released on the box office on January 25th, 2019. The film had a decent occupancy rate of 15-20% on its opening day. The film garnered Rs 7.50-8 crore on its opening day. The film marks the directorial debut of Kangana Ranaut. 

Kangana's sister Rangoli Chandel took to her twitter to share an adorable boomerang video of Kangana having some cute moments with her nephew Prithvi Raj Chandel. Kangana is looking pretty in a light pink top with blue pants. Prithvi looked adorable in a blue t-shirt and black jeans. The aunt-nephew duo are playing with balloons in the picture. She captioned the picture writing,
The film is also directed by Krish and is produced by Zee Studios and Kamal Jain. The film also stars Ankita Lokhande, Jissu Sengupta, Danny Denzongpa, Atul Kulkarni and Richard Keep.
