Amyra Renovates Her Home Due To Pre-School On The Other Side Of Her Wall!
Amyra Dastur who has 4 Bollywood releases to look forward to this year, has recently shifted into a posh apartment in Breachcandy. The sole reason for parking her money in this house was that the property was quaint and away from the day to day traffic noises, but not anymore.

The 3 floor building is attached to another 3 storied building which was being renovated when she bought the house. Little did Amyra know that it was being made into a Pre-School. After completing the primary schedule of Amin Hajee’s murder mystery - Koi Jaane Naa in Mahabaleshwar, Amyra reached her quiet town apartment in the wee hours of the night and much to her surprise, she was up at 7am because of the sound of the school bell and screaming toddlers.
Amyra said, “I love kids but man not before 11am. As actors, we have really odd working hours and unconventional schedules. I was so happy about my apartment because it was QUIET! I’ve already lived with a loud Parsi Family for 20years and peace was what I was looking for at this new den. It’s funny how life throws such hilarious twists at you. But, I am now planning to renovate my bedroom and sound proof that entire wall which connects my building to the other one. I need sleep. It’s Mumbai at the end of the day, finding an apartment isn’t easy or cheap, so renovation is the only option! I guess I’ll just have to find a quirky way to deal with this situation because there’s no way I’m waking up to the sound of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and alarming bells every morning."
