Somebody Is Miffed With Ranveer Singh And Alia Bhatt's Intimate Scene From Gully Boy And No, Its Not Deepika Padukone Or Ranbir Kapoor!
Yes, you heard it right, somebody is miffed with the intimate scenes of Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt from the film Gully Boy and it is not their respective real life partners Deepika Padukone or Ranbir Kapoor but the CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification) Board. Reportedly, from just two days before its release, the board has asked the makers to take down a 13 second long clip from the film which features an intimate scene between Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt. 

This undesirable obstruction truly came as an unexpected matter for the makers with the film receiving so much of love from the masses. According to sources, 'As per the cut list details, their smooching shot, lasting for 13 seconds, has been reduced. And moreover, it has been replaced by a wider shot.' Moreover some of the abusive and cuss words in the film have also been replaced. The source further added, ' Gully Boy also has some abusive words like ‘G***u’, ‘h********e’, ‘h*********i’, ‘f*****g’ and they have been replaced with milder terms.' Well, this is truly a disappointing news for us. 
The film is directed by Zoya Akhtar and will be releasing on February 14th, 2019 and it is loosely based on the life of rappers Divine and Naezy. Ranveer Singh will be playing Murad, an aspiring rapper in the film while Alia Bhatt will be playing his love interest. The film was screened at the 69th Berlin International Film Festival (Berlinale) where it received a thumbs up from the critics and artistic director Cameron Bailey.
