After two weeks to the horrifying Pulwama terrorist attack, the Indian Air Force gave a befitting retaliation to the attacks by destroying the terrorist launchpads near Balakot after crossing the Line Of Control.

Reportedly 10 Air Force Mirage jets dropped 1000 kg bombs on terror camps across the Line Of Control. The launch pads of Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) were destroyed among other terrorist base camps. These attacks were in retaliation to the horrifying Pulwama terror attacks which claimed the lives of more than 40 CRPF personnel. Many Bollywood celebs took to their social media to laud this action of the IAF. Amongst them was Akshay Kumar who expressed his pride for the Indian Air Force. 

Akshay Kumar tweeted,
Akshay had also donated Rs 5 crore to the CRPF martyrs of the attack. 

When the terror attacks had taken place on February 14th, Akshay Kumar had expressed his grief by tweeting, 'Numb beyond belief at the dastardly terror attack on #CRPF soldiers in #Pulwama. May God give peace to their souls, and strength to their grieving families. Wishing the injured a speedy recovery. We can’t let this be forgotten.' Recently Salman Khan also tweeted saying, 'Respect @IAF_MCC Indian Air Force... Jai ho !!!' to celebrate this deserving retaliation. 

Many other Bollywood celebs like Ajay Devgn, Varun Dhawan, Anupam Kher, Sonakshi Sinha, Abhishek Bachchan, Paresh Rawal amongst others also tweeted by expressing their satisfaction for this retaliation.
