Aahana Kumra To Be A Part Of Fighting Censorship Via Social Media!

Aahana Kumra who was last seen in Lipstick Under My Barkha has always been vocal about her thoughts towards the different norms of the society.

The actress was recently seen in a special video by United Nations, which was a spoof towards the patriarch system of India. On the occasion of Women’s Day the actor is a part of a special conference by Twitter India and Youth ki Awaz where Ahana will address the topic of Fighting censorship via social media and rallying communities for change.

Aahana says, “I’m looking forward to this collaboration between youth ki Awaaz and twitter and Man what a panel this is going to be! Couldn’t have asked a better way to celebrate women’s day than be in the esteemed company of such wonderful and strong women!”

The conference is happening today in Delhi to celebrate Women’s Day and bring together powerful voices bridging the gender divide in India - both online and offline.
