Akshay Kumar’s next content-driven film PadMan, also starring Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte in the lead roles, hits the theatres on January 26,2018 and rightly so, the buzz around this film is on the rise. 

Akshay Kumar in his Padman avatar is seen encouraging people to quit smoking. This anti-smoking video seems like a scene from Padman and going by the looks of it, we can be assured that this Indian Superhero will surely inculcate some great value amongst the audience.

Akshay Kumar took to Twitter to share the video and wrote, 
Akshay plays the role of a simple villager who is on a mission to create a cheap and sustainable sanitary option that his wife and other women can use during their period. The film is based on Twinkle Khanna’s book, The Legend Of Lakshmi Prasad, which in turn is inspired from the life story of Tamil Nadu-based social activist Arunachalam Muruganantham who pioneers the cause of low-cost sanitary napkins in India.
