The Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu starrer Badla has been given a thumbs up by the critics. The film has been directed by Sujoy Ghosh and is produced by Red Chillies. The film had a good opening on its first day. The film showed an adequate improvement in the evening shows which took the collections around Rs 5 crore on Day 1.

This is definitely a good start for the film. The film is still expected to do well at the urban areas. The film will be facing a big competition from the Hollywood film Captain Marvel. The film was reportedly leaked online by Tamilrockers.

The film is an adaptation of the Spanish film, The Invisible Guest. The film also stars Amrita Singh and Manav Kaul in important roles. Big B and Taapsee Pannu have been praised for their performance in the film. This marks the second collaboration of the two actors. The duo shared the screen space last in the film Pink.
