Jacqueline has been dealing with anxiety over the past few weeks and has been doing yoga consistently which has been helping her to look at the positive side of everything and be grateful for her life. 

The actress on her social media shared a post and expressed the beauty of it all, "I have been dealing with some major anxiety these past few weeks.. however being consistent with yoga has taught me the valuable lesson of being in the moment and what’s even more important.. gratitude.. for life and being alive.. have a great day everyone! The actress with her recent post has shown that all days are not the same, bright and happy. The actress has her lows too. Jacqueline doesn't allow that negativity to affect her and always looks at the positive side and ensures that she uplifts her mood as you allow yourself to feel a certain way and chooses happiness and peace of mind over anything.

Jacqueline, on multiple occasions has shared how she stays positive and how she has worked on herself to achieve the state of calm as it is a journey and not a destination, for her. During the lockdown, Jacqueline is preferring Yoga as it includes working all the parts of your body, allowing your body to be intact with movement.

Earlier, the actress has also shared the various ways of being positive even during these challenging times of the lockdown. Jacqueline seeks positivity in everything as she has gained a control over time on herself.
The actress is having a great 2020 with her song releases back to back and also marked her OTT debut with Mrs Serial Killer which received wide appreciation for the new character that Jacqueline brought on screen showing a new side of hers.
