Happy Birthday Shah Rukh Khan: Here Is An Ode To The King Khan Of Bollywood Through Reminiscing Some Of His Most Timeless Works Till Date!
Shah Rukh Khan, this is not a name, it is an emotion. The actor in his glorious career has breathe life to each of his roles till date and inevitably, a superstar was born.

The original King Of Romance, SRK celebrates his 53rd birthday tomorrow and we do not need a single day to celebrate his works which is nothing short of a boon to the film industry.

So let us ride in this beautiful roller coaster which comprises 10 of his timeless works till date.

1- Baazigar (1993)
This film saw SRK dabble as the suave anti-hero. His terrifying aura scared and charmed you at the same time. His chemistry between Kajol and Shilpa Shetty added to the beauty of his performance.

2-Darr (1993)
On the age of the lead positive heroes, Shah Rukh Khan performed the daring deed of donning a negative role. Let's admit it still, that 'Kkkk Kiran' haunts our ears.

3- Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge (1995)
Okay there's no point writing about this timeless romantic tale of all times because let's admit it, this one needs no introduction. But after this we all wished that we were in Kajol's place running into SRK's arms in that sarson ka khet (sighs).

4-  Kuch Kuch Hota Hain (1998)
This Karan Johar directorial was a unique take on love and friendship. SRK impressed us with the boyish and flirtatious college guy in the first and as the romantic and emotional father in the second half. Lets chant, 'Rahul Is A Cheater!!'

5-  Kal Ho Na Ho (2003)
Just admit it, each one of us cried when Aman was dying at the end and that emotional background score further added to our sorrow. This has to be one of those films wherein we all were irrevocably in love with Shah Rukh's character.

6- Swades ( 2004)
This till date remains one of the most underrated works of SRK. This beautiful and patriotic tale saw SRK don the role of a NRI who chooses to remain in his village in India and work towards its betterment.

7-  Main Hoon Na (2004)
Let us admit it, we all had a huge crush on SRK as the very dashing and courageous Major Ram in this film and wanted him to woo us instead of the very sultry Sushmita Sen.

8-  Paheli (2005)
Well Shah Rukh Khan dabbled in a dual role in the film with utmost elan. While he played a dutiful son, he also played the free spirited ghost and we were stunned by his marvellous performance.

9-  Chak De India (2007)
We all felt like cheering Chak De! ourselves for SRK as Kabir Khan, the coach of the Women's Hockey Team. We felt the stringing emotions of his character throughout the film.

10-  My Name Is Khan (2010)
Shah Rukh Khan had mesmerized us and had us bowled over as the autistic Rizwan Khan who has a revolutionary journey to convey a thought provoking message to the President Of India. The statement 'My Name Is Khan And I'm Not A Terrorist' still gives us goosebumps.

Now do you agree with our list? We wish the evergreen, legendary and timeless Badshaah Of Bollywood a very Happy Birthday again.
