As SRK shared his 53rd birthday, he celebrated this occasion with his close friends and family members. The actor also greeted his ecstatic fans outside his home Mannat, at the stroke of midnight. The superstar also tweeted thanking his fans who travelled to Mumbai to wish him on his birthday. His team also went out to distribute refreshments and snacks to his fans. His fans also went on to burst crackers to ring in his birthday.

Among his close friends, filmmakers Karan Johar and Zoya Akhtar were present at his home Mannat. KJo also posted a beautiful picture of SRK feeding his birthday cake to his wife. The actor will ring in his birthday with the team of Zero. The trailer of the film will be unveiled by Shah Rukh Khan along with the leading ladies of the film Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif today. SRK also tweeted for his fans that he indeed had a 'Happy Birthday.'
