Feature films MazaBhirbhira (Marathi) Director : Yogesh Soman, Railway Children(Kannada) Director :  Prithvi Konanur. 
Yogesh Soman talks about his film Maza Bhirbhira, "As a Marathi filmmaker it makes me proud to see 9 Marathi films at IFFI". 
Prithvi Konanur talks about his film Railway Children. Pratik Vats talks about his film An Old Man with Enormous Wings.
Press conference with the team of the closing film - Thinking of him. In attendance are Raima Sen, Pablo Cesar and Suraj Kumar.
Suraj Kumar said, "I am lucky to be a part of this film. I must say that it has taken me two decades to be here today. Pablo Cesar is a fantastic director. I came to IFFI first in 2015 and now I am back here in 2017."
Raima Sen said, "Of course I come to the IFFI every year but my film has never been a part of the closing ceremony. I am extremely proud of the movie and I hope everyone experiences it and watches it!"
The ceremony was hosted by Sonali Bendre, Karan Johar and Zaira Wasim.
 "I have come to Goa for the love for IFFI" - Salman Khan.

Best debut feature film (director) award goes to Kiro Russo for Dark Soul.

Best female actor award goes to Parvathy Thiruvothu Kottuvata from for the film Take Off ; Best actor male award goes to Nahuel Perez Biscayart for 120 Beats Per Minute.
Best director award goes to Vivian Qu for Angels Wear White.

 Best Film Award goes to  film 120 Beats Per Minute.

Lifetime achievement award presented by Katrina Kaif, Union Minister Smriti Irani To Canadian film maker Atom Egoyan.
Indian Personality of the year award 2017 goes to Amitabh Bachchan.
