Jhanvi Kapoor And Ishaan Khattar's Sairat Remake To Be Called This!

After a long wait, Sridevi and Boney’s Kapoor’s daughter Jhanvi Kapoor will finally make her Bollywood debut opposite Shahid Kapoor’s half-brother Ishaan Khattar. The two have been spotted together on a lot of occasions right from movie dates to coffee and more. The two will be seen making their Bollywood debut in the Sairat remake which will be produced by Karan Johar and directed by Shashank Khaitan. The film is all set to go on floors next month and is reportedly titled Dhadak.
While the story of the Marathi film revolved around the forbidden love of individuals from two different classes. It was set in Maharashtra, but reports state that Jhanvi and Ishaan film will be set in Haryana which is famous for its political scenario and cases of honour killings. The Sairat Hindi remake will be set in an urban setting with Jhanvi playing an upper middle class or rich diva, while Ishaan will play a macho guy from the poor section of the society. In the original, a poor fisherman’s son living in a village had fallen in love with a rich local politician’s daughter.
Though there was buzz about Jhanvi Kapoor’s Bollywood entry from long, it was Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Ali Khan who first began work on the debut movie first. Sara began work on Kedarnath opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in September. Though Jhanvi will begin shooting on Dhadak next month, her film will most likely release before Sara’s as Kedarnath is slightly delayed and will only release in December 2018.
