Kesari Trailer: Akshay Kumar Steals The Show In This One With His Fiery, Brave And Courageous Act!

The much anticipated trailer of the Akshay Kumar starrer Kesari is finally out and it has literally managed to give us goosebumps. After the spectacular teasers, the trailer gives us the glimpse of some high octane battle sequences from the Battle of Saragarhi and some really thrilling moments from the film. This has further raised the excitement for the film. The film revolves around the battle of Saragarhi which saw 21 Sikh soldiers fighting bravely against 10,000 Afghan invaders. The trailer depicts the valour and bravery of the Sikh soldiers.

Akshay Kumar again lands a high note as he steals the show with his fiery, brave and courageous act in this one. The visually stunning action sequences along with the powerful background score adds to the intensity of the trailer. The trailer also gives us a short glimpse of Parineeti Chopra who plays Akshay's love interest in the film. This fierce battle had taken place on September 12th, 1897. The Sikh soldiers had fought against the Afghan tribesmen in order to protect the forts of Lockhart and Gulistan on the border of Afghanistan. The Sikhs fought bravely against the Afghans even if they were heavily outnumbered by them. 

The film is directed by Anurag Singh and is produced by Karan Johar. Akshay Kumar will be seen playing the role of Havildar Ishar Singh. The film will be releasing on March 21st, 2019.
