From television to films, Kritika Kamra has certainly made a successful progression. The talented actress who became a household name with popular television shows and later made her acting debut in Bollywood with Mitron was recently honoured with the ‘Excellence in Film & TV industry’ award at India News Women Achievers’ Conclave in New Delhi.

Organised by iTV Network, Kritika was invited as the Guest of Honour at the conclave to speak about her own phenomenal journey and also felicitate chosen women achievers from various fields for their excellence. Kritika’s success story has made her a role model & inspiration to many other women across the length and breadth of our nation and hence was the chosen one.
The high-profile event was attended by distinguished guests from all walks of life including politics, women industrialists, activists, bureaucrats, sports personalities and lawyers amongst others who have made an impact.

Kritika says, “I feel really honored to be here. So far the appreciation and encouragement that I’ve got has been for my work on T.V. But this is for my first film. With the lines blurring and content being king, I hope to work on different mediums. I’m really excited for my future roles.”
