The much-anticipated first look of Prabhas from Kannappa is finally here! The makers have unveiled a striking new poster, revealing the superstar as Rudra—a character shrouded in mystery. The image presents Prabhas in a commanding avatar, donning the guise of a hermit with matted hair, a forehead adorned with sacred chandan, and wielding a crescent moon staff that hints at divine power. His intense, rugged look radiates an aura of reverence and mystique, sending fans into a frenzy.

A grand retelling of the legend of Kannappa Nayanar, the revered Shaivite saint, Kannappa promises to be a cinematic marvel. Helmed by Mukesh Kumar Singh and produced by M. Mohan Babu, the film blends traditional storytelling with state-of-the-art visuals to craft an unforgettable spectacle.

Previously, the makers had unveiled a powerful poster featuring Akshay Kumar as Lord Shiva, marking his grand Telugu cinema debut. Now, with Prabhas stepping into the frame as Rudra, anticipation for the film has reached new heights. The teaser, first showcased at the Cannes Film Festival by Vishnu Manchu, Mohan Babu, and Prabhu Deva, has already left audiences spellbound with its breathtaking visuals and larger-than-life narrative.

The film boasts an ensemble cast, with Vishnu Manchu leading as Kannappa, alongside Preity Mukhundhan, Mohanlal, Akshay Kumar, Kajal Aggarwal, and Prabhas himself. Kannappa is slated for a worldwide release on April 25, 2025.
