Priyanka Chopra, along with being a successful global star is also a rooted family loving person. Priyanka recently took to her social media to share a beautiful picture with her mother Madhu Chopra on her birthday and wrote in the caption,
If that was not enough, even son-in-law Nick Jonas shared a lovely selfie with his mother-in-law and wrote, 'Happy Birthday madhumalati, love you.' Priyanka Chopra recently wrapped up the shooting for the film The Sky Is Pink. She left a beautiful message on the wrap of the film, 'And it’s a wrap. This movie is special to me on so many levels. Not just because @roykapurfilms and @rsvpmovies (Sid and ronnie) partnered with me on my first Hindi production.. but also took the chance on me to bring to life a character and a true story that needed to be told. @faroutakhtar you mad​​e an amazing co actor all over again with all the laughter and fun!(you were missed tonight) and my amazing @zairawasim_ and @rohitsaraf10 who I’ve made friends for life with!'

The film The Sky Is Pink is based on the life of  motivational speaker Aisha Chaudhury who was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis. The film also stars Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim and will be releasing on October 11th, 2019.
