Rakul Preet Singh Shares Her Traumatic Flight Experience Ahead Of Runway34 Release
Flights are often boarded with jitters and apprehension, and that rule is no different for even celebrities. Rakul Preet Singh who was last seen in Attacked is already geared up for her next movie too.
Rakul Preet Singh will be seen in Runway34 alongside Ajay Devgn, Amitabh, Angira Dhar, and Aakanksha Singh. The actress will be seen playing the role of a pilot whose flight gets stuck in major turbulence. This film will tackle the reason and the aftermath of such an event. Rakul Preet Singh as Tanya Albuquerque will take on a more intense role.

Rakul revealed in an interview that much like her film, she was also in somewhat a similar situation once. She said, "My first flight was at the age of seven. It was a flight from Calcutta to Delhi. I was very excited, I was with my younger brother. On the trolley, my parents were pushing both of us. Excited about food, running around the airport. But once I had a very bad turbulence. Once I was on an ATR plane. That smaller craft with propellers. It was a shorter flight, one hour flight. It had major turbulence. It was the rainy season, and it dropped at an altitude of almost 3000 feet. That time, in my head I was chanting Waheguru's name. After that, I realized I rather travel by road than take an ATR."

This thriller film is directed and produced by Ajay Devgn who will take on the role of Captain Vikrant Khanna. The story is set around 2015 when a Doha-Kochi flight faced difficulties in landing leading to a catastrophic situation for the ones boarding the plane. Runway 34 will go on floors on 29 April 2022.
