The Indian Cricket Team's performance at the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 has been phenomenal till now. We cannot wait for them to bring the trophy home. After defeating Australia and South Africa in their last matches, they defeated Pakistan yesterday by 89 runs. 

But what we couldn't miss was Ranveer Singh's presence and his infectious energy on the field. Ranveer will soon be seen in the film 83 where he will be esaaying the role of Kapil Dev. Ranveer donned the hat of the commentator on the field which was simply a visual treat for his fans. Recently a video has been going viral on social media where Ranveer can be seen hugging Virat Kohli after the match. 
The film 83 will depict the historic win of the Indian Cricket Team in the 1983 World Cup. The film is directed by Kabir Khan. It will also star Pankaj Tripathi, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Saqib Saleem and others in pivotal roles. The film will also see Ranveer's real wife Deepika Padukone play his reel wife Romi Bhatia.
