Saqib Saleem’s New TED Talk On Success And Failure Will Leave You Super Impressed!
Posted on 26 Oct, 2018
The talented actor was recently invited for a TEDx event at Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma College (GGDSD) in Chandigarh independently organized by a local community to speak on a subject close to his heart.
By taking the crowd through his journey of success and failures, of making mistakes and learning from them, the prodigious speaker took them on an emotional roller coaster ride and filled their hearts and minds with knowledge, experience, and hope. For those who attended were really impressed by Saqib's speech finding it really inspiring.
The young actor impressively opened up about his struggles and battles with failures. According to Saqib, “There is no definition of success – just perspectives which only evolve with time. Having started my journey as a model and gradually becoming an actor, I have worked hard to find my path in Bollywood.”
Having made his debut in the movie, Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge (2011), his career took a miraculous flight towards more intense and challenging roles. From acting in comedies to acting in action thrillers, there's nothing that this man cannot do. By doing roles that defy the accepted notions, and giving interviews that break the stereotypes of exactly how an actor or more importantly, a male should behave, he makes one rare find for a TEDx speaker.
Having taken the plunge into the industry right in his early twenties and with performances like the critically acclaimed ‘Hawaa Hawaai’ and ‘Mere Dad Ki Maruti’ to his credit, Saqib is one actor who chooses to work where his heart takes
