When Bollywood Met PM Narendra Modi!

Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi met Aamir Khan, Rajkumar Hirani , Aanand L Lai, Ritesh Sidhwani, Siddharth Roy Kapur, Maulik Bhagat and Mahaveer Jain in Delhi on Tuesday, the 23rd of October.

This high profile delegation from the entertainment industry went and met the PM to discuss how the entertainment industry can contribute more in nation building.

A few concerns for the betterment of this industry & its growth were put forth and discussed in detail.

The Prime Minister said that he believes in the power of Cinema and the impact of the entertainment as a medium on the minds of people worldwide.

He assured the delegation that he will look into the concerns and find amicable solutions to propel this industry forward.

The delegation was overwhelmed by the Prime Minister's response and they felt that this will lead to a very positive and productive collaboration, paving the way for the industry to contribute economically and socially in a stronger manner.

The delegation left with a feeling that this was a great start . And we can expect concrete interactions for the way forward.
